Source records can be incomplete or delayed. Publication of a listing or link does not confirm availability, eligibility, clinical suitability or endorsement.
Data reuse and attribution
Source material is used under the relevant publisher’s terms. Open Government Licence and Ordnance Survey attribution are retained where applicable. A link to a specialist register does not grant a licence to copy that publisher’s data.
Exports and API responses retain the scope, period and source information needed to interpret them. Reuse must follow the original source licence and avoid presenting partial data as a complete assessment.
Responsible use
Do not submit patient records, private medical details, false claims or material you are not authorised to share. Do not attempt to access accounts, unpublished records or administration functions without permission.
