If you’re finding it hard to cope or you’re in emotional distress, The Sanctuary is a physical space in Bristol where you can go to speak to trained workers who will listen and help you find further support.
We can offer same-day sessions during our opening hours to make sure you’re able to talk to someone as soon as possible. We can work with you to make a plan to help keep you safe, or we can provide a safe space where you can take some time to breathe and recentre yourself.
