At Your Care, we believe good care starts with genuine connection. Since 2014, we have been supporting people across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and BANES to feel safe, understood and comfortable in their own homes.
We take time to listen and understand what really matters to each person. By matching every individual with a Personal Assistant who feels like the right fit, we create care that is consistent, familiar and built on trust. It is not just support; it is a relationship that becomes part of everyday life.
Our Sports-Focused Dementia Day Centre Alongside our home care services, we run a Dementia Day Centre every Tuesday at Hanham Community Centre from 10am to 2pm. The sessions focus on gentle sporting activities and movement, helping people stay active, social and confident.
It is a warm, friendly space where everyone is encouraged to take part in a way that feels comfortable, whether that means joining in a game, stretching with support, or simply enjoying the company and atmosphere.
