SARSAS - Somerset and Avon Rape and Sexual Abuse Support

A public listing from the Well Aware directory. Check the provider’s website for current availability and access arrangements.

Published service description

Support for people of all genders affected by rape or any kind of sexual assault or abuse at any time in their lives. Our services support people in Bath & NE Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We support adults, children and young people of all genders.

We want to let you know that from today (Wednesday 27 August 2025) our Wednesday 6pm-8pm emotional support helpline will be unavailable for the foreseeable future. We know this may be disappointing, and we’re sorry for any impact this has on you.

Your wellbeing remains our priority, and we hope to be able to offer this service again in the future. In the meantime, please remember that support is still available through the free 24/7 National Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Line on 0808 500 2222.
