Published service description
Rethink Bristol Siblings Group The Bristol Siblings Group provides information and support to anyone whose brother or sister has experienced, or is living with, mental illness. You are likely to experience a lot of different emotions when your sibling has a mental illness, from sadness, shock and worry, to anger, fear and guilt. Some siblings also feel worried or guilty about the emotions they are feeling, and are not sure where to turn for advice and reassurance. Talking to other siblings about your experiences can really help. We hold meetings once a month where you can come together and meet other siblings in a similar situation. It’s up to you how much or little you talk, but you can feel sure there will people here who want to listen and share their experiences with you.
