Can a specialist review my existing scans?
Some second-opinion services can review existing images and reports. Ask for the original image files and relevant clinical history: a screenshot or written report alone may not be enough for the review you need.

The receiving provider should specify file format, transfer method and required previous scans. Poor-quality or incomplete images may limit the review; confirm before booking.
Agree how results will be explained
Ask who will explain the report, handle an urgent finding and arrange any further investigations. Do not infer that an unclear report automatically means you need another scan.
